The subject of this project is a change of use with partial reconstruction of premises at ul. Gdańska 5 and Mint 6 in Bydgoszcz for museum needs. The applicant and subsequent implementation of the project is the Leon Wyczółkowski Regional Museum in Bydgoszcz. The project is a response to the diagnosed problems in the social and environmental spheres, as well as in the technical and spatial and functional spheres, which were indicated in the Municipal Revitalisation Programme of the City of Bydgoszcz 2023+. The result of this project will be the creation of an infrastructure back-up to fill the gap in the absence of infrastructure for social activation. As part of these activities, internal works will be undertaken to change the use of the sites concerned. As long as the building on the street. Mint 6 already operates as museum facilities, so much the building at ul. Gdańska 5 will only be integrated into the museum framework. The space used will be used to organise community activation initiatives and to organise social activities. The planned social activities will primarily target children and young people from the revitalisation area, implementing the offer of out-of-school education, as well as other residents of the area and other people benefiting from the offer of the museum. The project also indirectly responds to environmental needs, for which a high level of so-called low emissions has been indicated. The indirect impact will be achieved by replacing the current gas furnace with a new, high-efficiency and ecologically compliant furnace. The subject matter of this study pursues the objective of improving accessibility to cultural services by adapting the facilities at ul. Gdańska 5 and Mint 6 dox museum purposes. Gdańskiej 5 i Mennica 6 dox celów muzealnych. (Polish)
