The main objective of this project is to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings in Toruń, thereby reducing excessive energy consumption in public services. The main objective will be achieved through a comprehensive thermomodernisation of three public buildings:- Primary School No. 11 (small building) at ul. Fałata 96 in Toruń,- Toruń City Hall at ul. Fałata 39 in Toruń,- the General Education and Technical Schools Complex No. 13 at ul. Fair 36/38 in Toruń. The scope of construction works includes:- comprehensive thermomodernisation,- installation of RES installations for the production of electricity,- modernisation of lighting,- renovation works accompanying/refurbishing. As part of the projects, promotional activities, investor supervision and project management will be carried out. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of the above buildings. The project will therefore result in reduced emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere and reduced demand for natural resources. The thermomodernisation of the buildings in question will achieve the objectives of improving air quality by reducing emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases of anthropogenic origin from surface sources. Targowej 36/38 w Toruniu.Zakres prac budowlanych obejmuje:- kompleksową termomodernizację,- montaż instalacji OZE na potrzeby produkcji energii elektrycznej,- modernizację świetlenia,- roboty remontowe towarzyszące/odtworzeniowe.W ramach projekty realizowane będą działania promocyjne, nadzór inwestorski oraz zarządzanie projektem.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej ww. budynków. Efektem projektu będzie zatem zmniejszona emisja gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery oraz zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na zasobynaturalne. Dzięki termomodernizacji przedmiotowych budynków nastąpi realizacja celów związanych z poprawą jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz gazów cieplarnianych pochodzenia antropogenicznego ze źródeł powierzchniowych. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na m.in.:- zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektu – 222 372,44 kWh/rok = 800,54 GJ/rok- roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 71,83 tony równoważnika CO2/rok.
