The target group of the project is the users of the publ building, residents of Telążna Leśna and the municipality of Włocławek. As part of the project, the following works are planned for deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building: — Replacement of window joinery, door,- Closure of door parts (cuttering),- Warming of external walls with local repair and plaster replenishment,- Insulation of non-ventilated edging (roof warming stryopap),- Modernisation of lighting installations (mounting of LED luminaires).- Modernisation of central heating installations – replacement of electric heaters.Accompanying works to be carried out as part of thermomodernisation, which are included in costs and audit (eligible costs): construction of sheet metal treatments, replacement of window sills of gutters and drain pipes,- Warming of firewalls, – Lifting of flue chimneys,- Making of a new band around the building,- Completion of plasters after installation, painting rooms.Additional robots (ineligible costs)- Refurbishment of the tiled stove,- Repair of bathrooms,- Installation of doors with repair of the wall – (washing),- painting, replacement of damaged ceiling tiles in the room,- Exchange of tiles in the rooms – Implementation of gravity ventilation,- Installation of automatic ventilation in the windows. The project is an action that will reduce the demand for heat in the above-mentioned building, which will increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publ. tj. świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Telążna Leśna. Grupą docelową projektu są użytkownicy budynku użyt. publ.– świetlicy wiejskiej, mieszkańcy miejscowości Telążna Leśna i Gminy Włocławek. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące prace z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku publicznego: - Wymiana stolarki okiennej, drzwiowej,- Zamurowanie części drzwi (zamurowanie wnęki),- Ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych z miejscową naprawą i uzupełnieniem tynków,- Ocieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego (ocieplenie dachu stryopapą),- Modernizacja instalacji oświetlenia (montaż opraw typu LED).- Modernizacja instalacji c.o. - wymiana grzejników elektrycznych.Roboty towarzyszące, które należy wykonać w ramach termomodernizacji, które zostały ujęte w kosztach i w audycie (koszty kwalifikowalne):- Wykonanie obróbek blacharskich, wymiana parapetów rynien i rur spustowych,- Docieplenie ogniomurów, - Podmurowanie podwyższenie kominów spalinowych,- Wykonanie nowej opaski wokół budynku,- Uzupełnienie tynków po instalacjach, malowanie pomieszczeń.Roboty dodatkowe (koszty niekwalfikowalne)- Remont pieca kaflowego,- Remont łazienek,- Osadzenie drzwi z naprawą ściany – (przemurowaniem),- Odmalowanie, wymiana uszkodzonych płyt sufitowych w pomieszczeniu,- Wymiana płytek w pomieszczeniach - Wykonanie wentylacji grawitacyjnej,- Założenie nawietrzaków automatycznych w okna.Projekt jest działaniem, które przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na ciepło w ww. budynku, co wpłynie na wzrost efektywności energetycznej i zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Telążna Leśna poprzez wykonanie prac termomodernizacyjnych. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu spowoduje ograniczenie zapotrzebowania na ciepło w budynku oraz ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. (Polish)
