The subject of the planned project is the thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School in Żerniki. As part of the project, the following works are planned for deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building: insulation of partition outer wall: of which: cleaning of external walls with removal of falling paint, priming of walls, installation on above-ground walls of polystyrene, discovery of foundation walls, melting of the mesh into the adhesive layer, installation of corners, application of the second layer of glue, thin-layer plaster, replacement of window joinery, replacement of door joinery, modernisation of heating system, replacement of lighting (for led), accompanying works involving: disassembly and reassembly of all gutters and drain pipes, dismantling and processing of sheet metal and window sills, making a band around the building, cladding of stairs and external towels from non-slip gresy tiles, making a band around the building. The target group of the project are users of the public utility building – Primary School in Żerniki, residents of the municipality Janowiec Wielkopolski. The project is an infrastructure measure that will reduce the heat demand in the building, which will increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the building of the Primary School in Żerniki through thermomodernisation works. The implementation of this project will reduce the demand for heat in the building and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere.The objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of measure 3.3 Energy efficiency in the public and residential sector of the Regional Operational Programme Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship 2014-2020: Increased energy efficiency of public buildings and multi-family residential buildings. Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Żernikach. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące prace z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku publicznego: ocieplenie przegrody ściana zewnętrzna: w tym: oczyszczenie ścian zewnętrznych z usunięciem odpadającej farby, gruntowanie ścian, montaż na ścianach nadziemnych styropianu, odkrycie ścian fundamentowych, wtopienie siatki w warstwę kleju, montaż narożników, nałożenie drugiej warstwy kleju, wykonanie tynku cienkowarstwowego, wymianę stolarki okiennej, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej, modernizację systemu grzewczego, wymianę oświetlenia (na ledowe), roboty towarzyszące obejmujące: demontaż i ponowny montaż wszystkich rynien i rur spustowych, demontaż i wykonanie obróbek blacharskich i parapetów, wykonanie opaski wokół budynku, okładzina schodów i spoczników zewnętrznych z pytek gresowych antypoślizgowych, wykonanie opaski wokół budynku.Grupą docelową projektu są użytkownicy budynku użyteczności publicznej – Szkoły Podstawowej w Żernikach, mieszkańcy Gminy Janowiec Wielkopolski. Projekt jest działaniem infrastrukturalnym, które przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na ciepło w budynku, co wpłynie na wzrost efektywności energetycznej i zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Żernikach poprzez wykonanie prac termomodernizacyjnych. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu spowoduje ograniczenie zapotrzebowania na ciepło w budynku oraz ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery.Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym działania 3.3 Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko – Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020: Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej i wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych.
