The project consists of implementing to the Applicant’s production activity an innovative product in the form of a magnetic vibration damper in the form of a magnetic vibration damper, in the form of, among others, Franklin aircraft engine type 6A-350. The essence of the innovation of the developed silencer is the suppression of vibrations by non-mechanical ways in favor of the magnetic system (compensation of vibrations is done through the use of a magnetic circle and control). The advantage is to eliminate the starter and alternator in this engine, which was taken over by a new electromagnetic assembly designed by the Applicant. This reduces the weight of the engine by about 15 Kg. In aviation, this is an argument that distinguishes this engine from other piston engines and affects its innovation at world level. The aim of starting the production of the above-mentioned silencer The Applicant will purchase a set of equipment specified in the application for funding. The implementation of the project will increase the competitiveness of the Company (by introducing an innovative product to the offer), increase employment, increase sales. Projekt polega na wdrożeniu do działalności produkcyjnej Wnioskodawcy innowacyjnego w skali świata produktu w postaci magnetycznego tłumika drgań w zastos. m.in. do silnika samolotowe typu 6A-350 marki Franklin. Istotą innowacji opracowanego tłumika jest tłumienie drgań niemechanicznymi sposobami na rzecz układu magnetycznego (kompensacja drgań odbywa się poprzez zastosowanie koła magnetycznego i sterowania). Korzyścią jest wyeliminowanie rozrusznika i alternatora w omawianym silniku,których rolę przejął nowy zespół elektromagnetyczny zaprojektowany przez Wnioskodawcę. Pozwala to zmniejszyć masę silnika o około 15 Kg. W lotnictwie jest to argument wyróżniający ten silnik na tle innych silników tłokowych i wpływający na jego innowacyjność na poziomie świata.Celem rozpoczęcia wytwarzania ww. tłumika Wnioskodawca dokona zakupu zestawu urządzeń określonych w treści wniosku o dofinansowanie. Realizacja projektu spowoduje wzrost konkurencyjności Firmy (poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty innowac. produktu), wzrost zatrudnienia, wzrost sprzedaży. (Polish)
