Celem projektu jest stworzenie lepszych warunków do rozwoju MŚP z województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego z branży przemysłów kreatywnych poprzez uruchomienie ideaLAB - Centrum Usług Biznesowych dla branży przemysłów kreatywnych i zaoferowanie 4 specjalistycznych usług, do 31.12.2020 r. Zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki produktu:Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI 1) 1,00 Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie doradztwa specjalistycznego [szt.] 1,00 Liczba instytucji otoczenia biznesu wspartych w zakresie profesjonalizacji usług [szt.] 1,00 Liczba zaawansowanych usług (nowych lub ulepszonych) świadczonych przez instytucje otoczenia biznesu [szt.] 4,00Zakres rzeczowo-finansowy obejmuje:-utworzenie przestrzeni do świadczenia usług specjalistycznych (wydatki infrastrukturalne), w tym- adaptacja i remont 5 pomieszczeń: dwóch przestrzeni biurowych, pracowni analitycznej, pracowni DesignThinking (ze skanerem 3D i drukarką proszkową 3D) oraz salki konferencyjno-pokazowej- wyposażenie przestrzeni IOB na cele świadczenia usług specjalistycznych, w tym wyposażenie w sprzęt i meble w/w pomieszczeń oraz zakup specjalistycznego oprogramowania umożliwiającego świadczenie planowanych usług- wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze umożliwiające uruchomienie usługi specjalistycznej - informacja i promocjaWydatki na infrastrukturę ogółem wyniosą: 107 700,00 tj. mniej niż 20% wydatków kwalifikowalnych ogółem.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.01.2020-31.12.2020.Projekt objęty jest dofinansowanie w postaci pomocy de minimis, struktura finansowania projektu:- wartość ogółem 664429,00 zł - wydatki kwalifikowalne 549958,00 zł- wydatki niekwalifikowalne (VAT) 114471,00 zł- dofinansowanie 467464,30 zł (Polish)
