The main aim of the project is to increase the quality of education in the Kamienna Góra region by increasing the level of knowledge and competence and acquiring qualifications of 150 students (60K,90M) and 40n-li (30K,10M) of the Vocational and General Schools Complex participating in training and internships of the profession, and the integration of vocational education into the labour market (RP) by 31.08.2022r.The main problem is the insufficiency of education and training to the needs of the premises.RP., which is irresponsible from: outdated infrastructure, shortages in the equipment of the school studio, lack of free extracurricular classes, courses and trainings for students, the lack of flexible education. profession., the curricula of which are outdated and unfit for the Polish internships/professionals. are too short, the lack of permanent cooperation with the community’s surroundings in the field of school profession, mismatches. courses educate. to the needs of the changing Republic of Poland, lack of financial resources. to create new directions, not to acquire compet. and qualifications. by teachers and instruction manuals.The scope of wsparcia:150 (60K and 90M) will take part in the training of the profession. and 120 students in the internships of the employer’s profession. IT’S COVERED. Forms of WSPARCIA (min.80 %), 40 n-li(30K,10M) will take part in the school.and obtain qualifications./acquire competence.
