The main objective is to raise professional competences at a minimum of 90 % out of 100 students (43K) of TECHNIKUM W Syce W ZESPOLE SZKÓŁ secondary in Syców (hereinafter “ZSP”) increasing their chances on the labour market, by, inter alia, implementing additional classes, internships, training courses, study trips, as well as increasing the competences of ZAW 35 (27K) teachers of education with ISP through courses and training and improving the quality of teaching in the ISP by, among others, equipping with the equipment necessary for the education. Turn to the circle. 01.01.2021 to 31.08.2022.Gr doc from Dolnośląskie Voivodeship – 100 students (43 – K) from the ZSP and up to 35 (27K) teachers of education incl. The project will be covered by the UCZ from classes II-III 2020/2021, from the directions of technik:ekonomista, logistics, mechanics, motor vehicles. In proj. 80 students (35 students) of the ZSP will intern with employers of 150 h/UCZ and 100 UCZ (43K) will take part in additional classes and courses. They will equip them with the knowledge necessary on the labour market, 35 teachers will take part in training and courses, and the workshops/school workshops will be equipped with equipment according to the program. The main indicators achieved in the project are:+ the number of schools and educational establishments using retrofitting purchased through the ESF – 1.+ the number of incl. education teachers and trainers who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences – 32.+ in the number of apprentices participating in schools and schools1. Workshop equipment2. Courses and trainings for teachers3. Student internships4. Support for students in gaining qualifications5. Additional activities developing professional interests6. Cel główny to podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych u min. 90% z 100 uczniów (43K) TECHNIKUM W SYCOWIE W ZESPOLE SZKÓŁ PONADPODSTAWOWYCH W SYCOWIE (dalej ZSP) zwiększające ich szanse na rynku pracy, przez m.in. realizację zajęć dodatkowych, staży, szkoleń i kursów, wyjazdów studyjnych, a także podniesienie kompetencji ZAW 35 (27K) nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. z ZSP poprzez kursy i szkolenia oraz podniesienie jakości nauczania w ZSP przez m.in. wyposażenie w sprzęt niezbędny do kształ. ZAW w okr. 01.01.2021 do 31.08.2022.Gr doc z woj. dolnośląskiego - 100 uczniów/czennic (43 - K) z ZSP oraz do 35 (27K) nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. Proj zostaną objęci UCZ z klas II-III 2020/2021,, z kierunków technik:ekonomista, logistyk, mechanik, pojazdów samochodowych. W proj. 80 uczniów (35 uczennic) ZSP odbędzie staże u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h/UCZ oraz 100 UCZ (43K) weźmie udział w zajęciach dodatkowych i kursach wyposaż. w wiedzę niezbędną na rynku pracy, 35 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i kursach, a pracownie/warsztaty szkolne zostaną doposażone w sprzęt zg. z podstawą programową.Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to:+ liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS – 1.+ liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje – 32.+ liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy – 80.W proj realiz. będą zadania:1.
