Projekt zakłada stworzenie 25 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w jedynym na terenie Gminy Niemcza Przedszkolu, w pierwszej kolejności do nowej grupy przyjmowane będą dzieci z niepełnosprawnością.Zgodnie ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami oprócz stworzenia 25 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego zaplanowano:A. dla dzieci:- dodatkowe specjalistyczne zajęcia z logopedii, zajęcia kompensacyjno-korekcyjne i gimnastykę korekcyjną.- dodatkowe zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe: język angielski dla dzieci wybitnie uzdolnionych i dla dzieci mających trudności w opanowaniu podstawy programowej.B. dla nauczycieli:- studia podyplomowe z zakresu diagnozy i terapii dziecka z zespołem aspergera, edukacji i rehabilitacji osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną: pedagogika specjalna, oligofrenopedagogika lub wczesne wspomaganie rozwoju dziecka, edukacja przedszkolna z nauczaniem j. angielskiego.- kurs kwalifikacyjny z zakresu socjoterapii.Publiczne Przedszkole Zaczarowany Gród w Niemczy nie było odbiorcą interwencji współfinansowanych ze środków EFS dostępnych w ramach RPO WD 2014-2020 w ciągu 36 miesięcy poprzedzających moment złożenia ninijeszego wniosku.
