The leader of the project is the Foundation “Equals, Although Differents”, and the Partner of the Association. The aim of the project is to increase the number of pre-school education places in the municipality of Lwówek Śląski by 6 places, increase key competences and universal skills and reduce development deficits of 20 preschool children and increase the competence of 3 teachers/teachers and to retrofit the facility for the needs of children in the Preschool Department in Włodzice Wielkie in the period from 1 September 2020 to 30 June 2021. Additional employment is planned: 1 assisting teacher and one childcare. Equipment adapted to the increased number of children will be complemented. Additional activities will be carried out, together with the purchase of assistance, with: German language, art classes, rhythmics, fairy-tale therapy, manipulative and structural classes, natural, ecological classes with ICT elements, development gymnastics with elements of corrective gymnastics, gymnastics in water, sensory classes, biofeedback therapy, psychological classes, logotherapy, workshops for parents with children and training for teachers/teachers: with special pedagogy and the use of e-materials in education. An additional offer in kindergarten will ensure equal access to education for pre-school children from the oblast and thus for equal opportunities for the future. The project office, recruitment office and classrooms will be conducted in rooms without architectural thresholds, accessible to people with disabilities. Helps and teaching methods will be adapted to the needs and capabilities of each child. Purchases will be made in accordance with the principle of universal design. (English)

    Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie Fundacji „Równi, choć Różni” ze Stowarzyszeniem Rozwoju Wsi Włodzice, organem prowadzącym Szkołę Podstawową wWłodzicach Wielkich. Liderem projektu jest Fundacja „Równi, choć Różni”, a Partnerem Stowarzyszenie.Celem projektu jest wzrost liczby miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w Gminie Lwówek Śląski o 6 miejsc, wzrost kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych oraz zmniejszenie deficytów rozwojowych 20 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oraz wzrost kompetencji 3 nauczycieli/pracowników pedagogicznych oraz doposażenie placówki do potrzeb dzieci w Oddziale Przedszkolnym we Włodzicach Wielkich w okresie od 1 września 2020 roku do 30 czerwca 2021 r.Planowane jest dodatkowe zatrudnienie: 1 nauczycielka wspomagająca i jedna opiekunka dziecięca. Zostanie uzupełnione wyposażenie dostosowane do zwiększonej liczby dzieci. Będą realizowane, wraz z zakupem pomocy, dodatkowe zajęcia z: języka niemieckiego, zajęć plastycznych, z rytmiki, z bajkoterapii, zajęć manipulacyjno-konstrukcyjnych, przyrodniczych, ekologicznych z elementami TIK, gimnastyki rozwojowej z elementami gimnastyki korekcyjnej, gimnastyki w wodzie, zajęć sensorycznych, terapii biofeedback, zajęć psychologicznych, logoterapii, warsztatów dla rodziców z dziećmi i szkoleń dla nauczycieli/pracowników pedagogicznych: z pedagogiki specjalnej i wykorzystania e-materiałów w edukacji. Dodatkowa oferta w przedszkolu zapewni dzieciom przedszkolnym z obwodu placówki równy dostęp do edukacji, a tym samym na wyrównanie szans na przyszłość. Biuro projektu, biuro rekrutacji i sale zajęć prowadzone będą w pomieszczeniach bez progów architektonicznych, dostępnych dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Pomoce i metody nauczania zostaną dostosowane do potrzeb i możliwości każdego dziecka.
