The project in question concerns the continuation of the construction of a sanitary sewerage network in Dobków in the agglomeration of Świerzawa (the number of agglomerations p.e. – 4790). Both the scope of the work to be carried out and the agglomeration itself (i.e. the agglomeration PLDO084) are included in the NEPK and the Master Plan for the implementation of Council Directive 91/271/EEC on urban waste water treatment. The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of life of residents by increasing the percentage of people using the wastewater treatment system following the construction of the sewerage system of the Świerzawa agglomeration. As part of the project, the construction of a gravity-pressure sewerage network for the village of Dobków will be carried out, consisting of: — gravity sewage network, O 200 L=3,5km, O 160 L=1.5 km – network sewage pumping stations – 8 pcs. Thanks to the implementation of this project, 350 p.e. will be connected to the collective waste water treatment plant system in the area of Świerzawa agglomeration, which so far had no access to the sewerage network. Due to the terrain, the project in question concerning the construction of a gravity sewerage system and, to the extent necessary, a drainage system consisting of eight sewage pumping stations. Sewage pumping stations are located in places where gravity transport of waste water is impossible and this necessitates the use of pressure pipelines. In view of the above, the project envisaged the construction of a gravity-pressure sewerage network. The scope of work referred to in this application has already been the subject of a project co-financed under the ROP WD 2014-2020 under contract No RPDS.04.02.03-02-0002/16-00. Due to problems in the construction contractor, the municipality of Świerzawa was forced to terminate the contract with the contractor and ultimately failed to complete the works. (Polish)
