Działalność która wykonuje polega na świadczeniu usług muzycznych ,( oprawa muzyczna imprez okolicznościowych , dancingów itp), usługi świadczyłem głownie w hotelach w Świeradowie Zdroju od momentu ogłoszenia pandemii praktycznie do dnia dzisiejszego nie wykonuje działalności gospodarczej i w związku z tym nie osiągam żadnych przychodów. Hotele i pensjonaty wprawdzie rozpoczęły funkcjonowanie ale odbywa się to w ramach reżimu sanitarnego i w związku z tym nie odbywają się żadne dodatkowe imprezy tj. jak dancingi czy potańcówki do których potrzebna jest oprawa muzyczna. wsparcie jest mi potrzebne , żebym mógł utrzymać swoją działalność gospodarczą (Polish)
