    Wraz z pojawieniem się COVID-19 (marzec 2020) klienci całkowicie zrezygnowali z rezerwacji. Wraz z brakiem klientów przedsiębiorstwo stanęło przed problemem spadku obrotów, możliwości utrzymania pracownika, opłat bieżących. Przedsiębiorstwo musiało wszystkie wpłacone zaliczki. Całkowity spadek obrotów wynosił w poszczególnych miesiącach nawet powyżej 80%. Celem dofinansowania jest utrzymanie pracownika, utrzymanie firmy przez minimum 12 miesięcy, poprawa płynności finansowej, bieżące naprawy (awaria kanalizacji w czerwcu 2020 - naprawa naruszonych łazienek i części podpiwniczonej).
