The company bases its business on direct customer service, using its services. The success of catering activities depends directly on the number of customers who choose to take advantage of the company’s offer. Under normal conditions and economic reality, the company’s activity is based on the sale of beverages and dishes and snacks. The ban on action in response to the pandemic has reduced revenues to almost 0. All business and consumer relations have been broken. The company stopped operating. Planned sales and reservations for the future are gone. During closure, high fixed costs affected the company’s negative balance sheet. Some supplies have expired. Warehouse states have contracted by about 70 %. The company used government shield support. This allowed them to close the company. Currently, the main task of the company is to maintain and restart its sales processes. At present, the company is relaunching the process of acquiring customers. Some of the suppliers are no longer present on the market, so we are forced to acquire new ones. We are planning to purchase goods, but there is still a lack of funds for this purpose. The situation remains difficult, despite the resumption of business, revenues are still far from normal. In fact, at the moment, we are still focusing on generating as little losses as possible than making profits. Surely we can consider the fact that we have resumed business and start generating any revenue as an improvement. The number of customers we serve represents about 30 %-40 % of the number of customers in the same period last year. The capital obtained from the grant intends to allocate working capital in the company in accordance with the definition contained in the Rules of Procedure RPDS.01.05.01-IP.01-02-399/20, and in particular to expenditure related to current expenditure, liquidity inventories and goods and accrued receivables (English) | |||||||||||||||
