Habibi Travel Agency acts as a travel agent, a tourist advisor when selling tourist packages offered by Polish tour operators. We receive remuneration for our work only as a commission on sold and simultaneously completed trips. Due to the declared COVID-19 pandemic, the number of new customers and, consequently, current income has fallen almost 100 % since March. Moreover, from September 2019 to March 2020, we sold mainly trips that were supposed to take place in May, June, on holiday 2020 and finally stayed in approx. 80-90 % cancelled, and it was only after their completion that we were to receive remuneration for them, the remuneration for the past few months of work which we will not receive and which was to be used, among others, as working capital for the “survival” of autumn and winter of this year. From March to June, despite zero revenues, our office works free of charge to service customers to whom flights have been cancelled, it bears the costs in the form of rent for premises, utilities, booking program fees, car leasing, fuel, telephones. With zero turnover for a few months and a vision of a very deep decline from one year to another in the following months, we very much need support to maintain our liquidity. The funds received from the co-financing will be used for the office’s working capital, liquidity, rent bills and invoices, utilities and other fixed liabilities the payment of which is necessary for the continuation of the business. Biuro Podróży Habibi Travel działa jako agent turystyczny, turystyczny doradca przy sprzedaży pakietów turystycznych oferowanych przez polskich organizatorów turystyki. Wynagrodzenie za swoją pracę otrzymujemy jedynie jako prowizję od sprzedanych i równocześnie zrealizowanych wyjazdów. Z uwagi na ogłoszoną pandemię COVID-19 od marca nastąpił niemal 100% spadek liczby nowych klientów a co za tym idzie i bieżących dochodów. Co więcej, od września 2019r. do marca 2020r. sprzedawaliśmy głównie wyjazdy które miały się odbyć w maju, czerwcu, w wakacje 2020r. a finalnie zostały one w ok. 80-90% anulowane, a to dopiero po ich zrealizowaniu mieliśmy otrzymać za nie wynagrodzenie, wynagrodzenie za kilka minionych miesięcy pracy którego nie otrzymamy a które to wynagrodzenie miało posłużyć m.in jako kapitał obrotowy do "przetrwania" jesieni i zimy bieżącego roku. Od marca do czerwca pomimo zerowych przychodów cały czas nasze biuro pracuje bezpłatnie obsługiwać klientów którym zostały anulowane loty, ponosi tego koszty w postaci czynszu za lokal, media, opłaty za programy rezerwacyjne, leasing samochodu, paliwo, telefony. Mając przez kilka miesięcy zerowe obroty i wizje ich bardzo głębokiego spadku w stosunku rok do roku również w kolejnych miesiącach bardzo potrzebujemy wsparcia utrzymującego naszą płynność finansową. Środki otrzymane z dofinansowania zostaną przeznaczone na kapitał obrotowy biura, na utrzymanie płynności finansowej, zostaną nimi opłacane rachunki i faktury za czynsz, media i inne stałe zobowiązania których opłacenie jest niezbędne do dalszego prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej.
