The main target of the project. “Coordinators of educational activities in workplaces” is the improvement of competences and key competences, which will be necessary to fulfil the role of coordinator by at least 54 representatives and representatives delegated by the social partners to the role of educational coordinators, through participation in a transnational mobility programme.Dynamically changing labour market requires employees to constantly complement, but also acquire new skills and competences.Examples of many countries show that this role of promoters of education and training is fulfilled by trade union representatives. They are the workers who address the most difficult issues not only of employees but also of life. The experience of European trade unions can be adapted to Polish conditions. It is only necessary to get to know them well, to convince the representatives of the social partners and to adapt them to Polish conditions. The project Coordinators of educational activities in workplaces want to do this. The main objective of the project is to improve selected key competences by 60 representatives and representatives of the social partners to the extent necessary for the role of coordinators (educators) in the workplace. Thanks to a five-day study visit, a 2.5-day training and a seminar, the participants and participants of the project will acquire selected key competences. Building on the experience of Swedish trade unions and participants and participants in transnational mobility, the project will also develop a model for the functioning of educational coordinators. This model will be presented at the Social Dialogue Council and the programme board set up will allow monitoring of the actions taken; first with EU funds (action is planned in POWER, where educators will be trained using the model developed in this project) and in the future with the resources of the social partners.     Głównym celem proj. "Koordynatorzy działań edukacyjnych w zakładach pracy" jest podniesienie kompetencji i kluczowych, które będą niezbędne dopełnienia roli koordynatora przez min.54 przedstawicieli i przedstawicielek oddelegowanych przez partnerów społecznych do pełnienia roli koordynatorów edukacyjnych, poprzez udział w ponadnarodowym programie mobilności.Dynamicznie zmieniający się rynek pracy wymaga od pracowników ciągłego uzupełnienia, ale i nabywania nowych umiejętności i kompetencji.Przykłady wielu krajów pokazują, że taką rolę promotorów edukacji i szkolenia spełniają przedstawiciele związków zawodowych. To do nich pracownicy zwracają się z najtrudniejszymi sprawami nie tylko pracowniczymi ale również życiowymi. Doświadczenia europejskich związków zawodowych można zaadoptować na polskie warunki. Trzeba tylko je dobrze poznać, przekonać do pomysłu przedstawicieli partnerów społecznych i zaadaptować do polskich warunków. Projektem Koordynatorzy działań edukacyjnych w zakładach pracy chcemy tego dokonać. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie wybranych kompetencji kluczowych przez 60 przedstawicieli i przedstawicielki partnerów społecznych w zakresie niezbędnym do pełnienia roli koordynatorów (edukatorów) w zakładzie pracy. Dzięki pięciodniowej wizycie studyjnej, 2,5 dniowemu szkoleniu oraz seminarium uczestnicy i uczestniczki projektu nabędą wybrane kluczowe kompetencje. Wykorzystując doświadczenia szwedzkich związków zawodowych oraz uczestników i uczestniczki mobilności ponadnarodowej w ramach projektu zostanie też opracowany model funkcjonowania koordynatorów działań edukacyjnych. Model ten zostanie zaprezentowany na Radzie Dialogu Społecznego a powołana rada programowa pozwoli na monitorowanie podejmowanych działań; najpierw z wykorzystaniem środków unijnych (jest zaplanowane działanie w POWER, w którym będą szkoleni edukatorzy z wykorzystaniem modelu opracowanego w tym projekcie), a w przyszłości ze środków partnerów społecznych.
