The main objective is to develop a model of "Available school, testing innovation among at least 30 grant recipients across Poland (minimum 90 SzP) and dissemination and integration into policy and practice of new solutions.The target group is the whole school community (students, teachers, parents, leading bodies, local community) users and recipients of the model.The project will support a minimum of 30 public and non-public authorities running the SzP Grant Recipients (KD8), including a minimum of 90 schools (ensure the participation of all types of schools). 1 Developing a comprehensive model of the Available School (version for testing)- diagnostic meetings and consulting assumptions M- the work of the Team of Experts developing the DS Model with attachments. 2 Conducting the process of selection of bodies leading to participation in innovation testing- recruitment of OPs to test innovations,- Audit of availability in schools and preparation of IPPD,- initial training for P.P. and OP.Zad. 3 Meritory-technical support of schools in testing the innovation of the Available School- implementation of grants by the SzP in accordance with the IPPD and DS model,- individual support of the SPE in the form of associative and format counselling addressing specific problems of the implementation of the DS model during testing and innovative in terms of achieving the level of school maturity,- support grupowe:Szkolenia (24) for a total of 360 people, developing competences in the field of school functioning in accordance with the principle of availability, Specialised training (20) away for a total of 600 people, topics according to Individual needs of the SzP at the testing stage, Seminaria of good practices (6) in the implementation of grants (for 3 years of testing). 4 Monitoring innovation testing and disseminating the DS model – meetings and consultation interviews of the DS model implemented,- the work of the Expert Team on changes to the Model and proposals of Recommendations for schools,- a meeting disseminating tested innovation (regional and central).
