The main objective of the project is: Obtaining the status of a university accessible to persons with disabilities by achieving the basic level of support (mini path) guaranteeing opening for persons with disabilities, by removing procedural, architectural, communication barriers, including curricula and teaching methods, between 01.01.2020 and 31.12.2021.The target group of the project: Radom Higher School; staff of the university 43 persons, i.e. teaching, administrative and management staff, i.e. persons directly supported in the project. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the OP KED, i.e. it envisages supporting organisational changes and raising the awareness and competences of the staff of the university in the field of disability through the implementation of activities aimed at ensuring communication accessibility by the university in this project, administered websites, IT tools, education procedures in higher education, architectural accessibility activities. The project is adapted to the needs of universities and students: provides for a set of actions, characteristic of the mini path, according to. Support models for universities to increase their accessibility to the needs of persons with disabilities. The following activities will be implemented in the project: preparatory phase, university communication accessibility, training and integration, examination of project results. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest: Uzyskanie przez Radomską Szkołę Wyższą statusu uczelni dostępnej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez osiągnięcie bazowego poziomu wsparcia (ścieżka mini) gwarantującego otworzenie się na potrzeby osób z niepełnosprawnościami, poprzez zniesienie barier proceduralnych, architektonicznych, komunikacyjnych, zw. z programami i metodami nauczania w okresie od 01.01.2020 do 31.12.2021.Grupą docelową projektu: Radomska Szkoła Wyższa; kadra uczelni 43 osoby, tj. kadra dydaktyczna, administracyjna, zarządzająca, czyli osoby objęte bezpośrednim wsparciem w projekcie. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągniecia celu szczegółowego PO WER, tj. przewiduje wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podnoszenie świadomości i kompetencji kadry uczelni z zakresu niepełnosprawności poprzez realizację działań mających na celu zapewnienie przez uczelnię w niniejszym projekcie dostępności komunikacyjnej, administrowanych stron internetowych, narzędzi informatycznych, procedur kształcenia w kształceniu na poziomie wyższym, działań z zakresu dostępności architektonicznej.Projekt jest dostosowany do potrzeb uczelni i studentów: przewiduje zestaw działań, charakterystycznych dla ścieżki mini, wg. Modeli wsparcia uczelni w celu zwiększenia ich dostępności do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. W projekcie będą realizowane następujące działania: etap przygotowawczy, dostępność komunikacyjna uczelni, szkolenia i integracja, badanie rezultatów projektu. (Polish)
