Celem głównym projektu jest: zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych odpowiadających na zdiagnozowane potrzeby mieszk. Gminy Stawiski dzięki powołaniu nowej jednostki organizacyjnej (CUS), która w sposób skoordynowany i spersonalizowany oferować będzie usługi społ. adresowane do ogółu mieszkańców, adekwatnie do ich potrzeb. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do integracji, rozwoju i poszerzenia dostępności us. społ. świadczonych dotychczas w sposób selektywny i rozproszony w rożnych podsystemach.Gr. docelową zgodnie z założeniami konkursu, stanowią: pracownicy JST, pracownicy OPS oraz mieszkańcy Gminy Stawiski.Realizacja projektu, zgodnie z wymogami konkursu, zakłada:przeprowadzanie diagnozy potrzeb mieszkańców i lokalnego potencjału usługowego,wypracowanie Planu Wdrażania CUS,opracowanie, wspólnie z przedstawicielami społ. lok. Programu Usług Społecznych,przekształcenie OPS w CUS,realizację Planu Wdrażania CUS oraz monitoring działań wdrażających,okresową ocenę skuteczności i efektywności Planu Wdrażania CUS, z uwzględnieniem wniosków z monitoringu,aktualizację Planu Wdrażania CUS oraz wypracowanie pakietu produktów powstałych w wyniku realizacji PW CUS.Oferta usług CUS będzie zależała od wyników diagnozy, stanowiącej podstawę do opracowania adekwatnego do potrzeb mieszkańców programu usług społ. i określenia przewidywanej liczby osób objętej programem, jak również warunków i trybu kwalifikowania os. zainteresowanych korzystaniem z usług społ. w ramach CUS.Koncepcja CUS w zakresie metodyki współdziałania z mieszkańcami oraz koordynacji lokalnego systemu usługowego zakłada, że: co najmniej 80%kosztów bezpośr. zostanie przeznaczonych na rozwój nowych miejsc świadczenia usł. społ., rozumianych jako nowe usługi, których OPS dotychczas nie świadczył, część realizowanych przez CUS usług nie będzie świadczona przez Centrum, ale przez jego partnerów w ramach współpracy międzysektorowej (w tym zlecana do realizacji w wymiarze powyżej 30% kosztów bezpośr. The main objective of the project is: increase the availability of social services responding to the diagnosed needs of bellows. The Municipality of Stawiski through the creation of a new organisational unit (CUS), which will offer social services to the general public in a coordinated and personalised manner appropriate to their needs. The implementation of the project will contribute to the integration, development and extension of the availability of social services provided so far in a selective and dispersed manner in various subsystems. The target group according to the objectives of the competition, are: JST employees, employees of OPS and residents of the Municipality of Stawiski. Implementation of the project, in accordance with the requirements of the competition, zakłada:przeprowadzanie diagnosis of the needs of residents and local service potential, elaboration of the CUS Implementation Plan, development, jointly with representatives of local authorities. The Social Services Programme, the transformation of OPS into the CUS, implementation of the CUS Implementation Plan and monitoring of implementing activities, periodic evaluation of the effectiveness and effectiveness of the CUS Implementation Plan, including conclusions from monitoring, updating the CUS Implementation Plan and developing a package of products resulting from the implementation of CUS. The offer of CUS services will depend on the results of the diagnosis, as a basis for the development of a social service programme appropriate to the needs of residents and to determine the expected number of people covered by the programme, as well as the conditions and procedure for the qualification of persons interested in the use of social services under the CUS. The concept of CUS in terms of methodology for cooperation with residents and coordination of the local service system assumes that: at least 80 % of the direct costs will be allocated to the development of new public service facilities, understood as new services not provided by OPS so far, part of the services provided by CUS will not be provided by the Centre, but by its partners in the framework of cross-sectoral cooperation (including commissioned for execution of more than 30 % of direct costs.
