Świdwin (woj. zach-pom) w okresie XII.2020-IV.2023Grupa docelowa:ok. 2 500os (1 126K) mieszkańców Gminy Świdwin5 pracowników CUS (4K) w tym (dyrektor CUS, Organizator Usług Społecznych, Koordynator Indywidualnych Planów Usług Społecznych 2os, Organizator Społeczności Lokalnej)Rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu:Liczba centrów usług społecznych funkcjonujących po zakończeniu projektu - 1 szt.
