Celprojektu:poprawa the working situation of 48 working project participants (25 women), aged 18-29, residing or working in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, which are eligible for the target group in the period 01.01.2020-28.02.2021. Improving the professional situation will be possible through the acquisition of new skills and qualifications/competence by the Participants of the project and acquisition of new professional experience, in accordance with their needs and potential and the needs of the Mazovian labour market. The target group – 48 people (25 Women), who on the date of the first form of support will meet the following cumulative criteria:1. Age 18-29;2. Residence or employment, in accordance with the Civil Code, in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship;3. The status of a person in difficulty in Poland, tj:zatrudniony on the basis of a short-term contract(s); employed on the basis of a civil law contract(s);so-called working poor (a person whose earnings do not exceed the minimum wage or a person living in a household in which income (excluding social transfers) per person does not exceed the income criteria established on the basis of the social intervention threshold in the month preceding accession to the project).Except for persons eligible for the target group defined for Sub-Action 1.3.1.The project plans to implement the following forms of support:1. Development of IPD;2. Individual career guidance;3. Vocational training;4. On average 6-month subsidised employment;5. Job placement.Project results:1. A minimum of 40 % of Project Participants will be qualified after leaving the programme;2. A minimum of 40 % of Project Participants will gain competence after leaving the programme;3. Celprojektu:poprawa sytuacji zawodowej 48 pracujących uczestników projektu (25 kobiet), w wieku 18-29 lat, zamieszkujących lub pracujących na terenie województwa mazowieckiego, które kwalifikują się do grupy docelowej w okresie 01.01.2020-28.02.2021 r. Poprawa sytuacji zawodowej będzie możliwa poprzez zdobycie przez Uczestników projektu nowych umiejętności i kwalifikacji/kompetencji oraz nabycie nowego doświadczenia zawodowego,zgodnych z ich potrzebami i potencjałem oraz potrzebami mazowieckiego rynku pracy.Grupa docelowa - 48 osób (25 Kobiet), które w dniu objęcia pierwszą formą wsparcia spełnią łącznie niżej wymienione kryteria:1. Wiek 18-29 lat;2. Zamieszkiwanie lub zatrudnienie, zgodnie z kodeksem cywilnym, na terenie województwa mazowieckiego;3. Status osobypracującej, znajdującej się w trudnej sytuacji na RP, tj:zatrudniony na podstawie umowy/umów krótkoterminowych;zatrudniony na podstawie umowy/umów cywilnoprawnych;tzw. ubogi pracujący (osoba, której zarobki nie przekraczają płacy minimalnej lub osoba zamieszkująca w gospodarstwie domowym, w którym dochody (z wyłączeniem transferów socjalnych), przypadające na jedną osobę, nie przekraczają kryteriów dochodowych ustalonych w oparciu o próg interwencji socjalnej w miesiącu poprzedzającym przystąpienie do projektu).z wyłączeniem osób kwalifikujących się do grupy docelowej określonej dla Poddziałania 1.3.1.W ramach projektu planuje się realizację niżej wymienionych form wsparcia:1.
