Cel główny projektu: Poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 80 osób biernych zaw. (48 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn) w wieku 15-29 lat należących do grupy NEET z terenupowiatów ostrołęckiego i m. Ostrołęki, przez podniesienia kwalifikacji i kompetencji zaw. oraz doświadczenia zaw., które nastąpiło w wyniku wdrożeniakompleksowego programu aktywizacji obejmującego indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia zawodowe, staże, pośrednictwo pracyw okresie od 1.01.2021 do 31.12.2022 r.Wskaźniki:Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: 40 os. (K24/M16)Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji : 44%Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób: 59,5%Liczba uczestników projektu, którzy skorzystali z kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowej: 80 os.
