Project activities include individual and comprehensive path of professional and educational activation, including mandatory guidance/professional advice with the preparation of IPD, and training or internship, optionally any other action necessary for the participant to improve his/her labour market situation.Results of projektu:Liczba persons under 30 years of age who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme 80,Professional Performance Index 13 %. Celem P jest wzrost potencjału zawodowego 100 os (w tym 50K, 50M, min. 20 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach) w wieku 18-29 lat, należących do grup: ubodzy pracujący, osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych, pracujący w ramach umów cywilnoprawnych, uczących się, pracujących lub zamieszkałych w rozumieniu Kc w woj. mazowieckim, w tym co najmniej 40 osób zamieszkujących miasta tracące funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze, w drodze wsparcia indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej zdefiniowanej w oparciu o IPD, w terminie 1.12.2020-30.6.2022.GD stanowi 100 osób w wieku 18-29 lat z obszaru woj. mazowieckiego (uczą się, pracują lub zam. w Woj. mazowieckim w rozumieniu KC) z grup:-osoby zatrudnione na podstawie umów krótkoterminowych i/lub-osoby pracujące na podstawie umów cywilnoprawnych i/lub,-ubodzy pracujący.Struktura grupy docelowej: 50K, 50M; min. 20% to osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, min. 40% to os zam. miasta tracące funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze (Ostrołęka, Radom, Ostrów Maz., Ciechanów, Gostynin, Pułtusk, Kozienice, Sierpc).Działania projektu obejmują indywidualną i kompleksową ścieżkę aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, w tym obligatoryjnie poradnictwo/doradztwo zawodowe ze sporządzeniem IPD, oraz szkolenie lub staż, fakultatywnie wszelkie inne działania niezbędne dla uczestnika celem poprawy jego sytuacji na rynku pracy.Rezultaty projektu:Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 80,Wskaźnik efektywności zawodowej 13%.
