The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of Å1⁄4nsk. The target group of the project is 18 people (K 9 and M9) meeting the access criteria. The main result of the project will be to start employment after the project has been completed. The minimum level of employment efficiency for the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled (up to ISCED 3), immigrants, re-emigrants) will be at least 44 % for the other non-members at the level of at least 59.5 %. The project will carry out individual and comprehensive professional activation of young people. For each of the participants, the presentation of a specific offer of activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predisposition and their professional problems. The provision of support will be preceded by the identification of the needs of the project participant and the development or updating of an Individual Action Plan, taking into account the diagnosis of professional development opportunities, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market. Each participant in the project will be covered by career guidance and work placement. On this basis, the PLO will carry out the intervention work referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żnińskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 18 osób (K 9 i M9) spełniających kryteria dostępu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. Minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami , osoby długotrwale bezrobotne , osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) , imigranci,reemigranci) będzie wynosił co najmniej 44% dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup na poziomie co najmniej 59,5 %.W ramach projektu realizowana będzie indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowa osób młodych, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i jego problemów zawodowych. Udzielenie wsparcia każdorazowo poprzedzone będzie identyfikacją potrzeb uczestnika projektu oraz opracowaniem lub aktualizacją Indywidualnego Planu Działania, z uwzględnieniem diagnozy możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacją stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy. Każdy uczestnik projektu zostanie objęty poradnictwem zawodowym i pośrednictwem pracy. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie prace interwencyjne, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
