The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people until 29 years of age who are unemployed in the district of Fame.Total. The result of the project will be to undertake effective employment by 44 % of participants (in particular) and 59.5 % (other participants). At least 20 % of project participants are persons in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. people with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled people. For each of the participants, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement the labour market promotion instruments. The PLO in Sławno will ensure that former participants in social inclusion projects implemented under CT 9 in the ROP will be able to benefit from support and will cooperate in this respect with institutions operating in the area of project implementation. The project is in accordance with national legislation, with the detailed description of the Priority Axis of the OP KED and the Regulations naboru:POWR.01.01.01-IP.22-32-001/20 and will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sławieńskim.Gł. rezultatem projektu będzie podj. efektywnego zatrudnienia przez 44% uczestników(w szczeg.syt.)i 59,5%(pozostali uczestnicy).Co najmniej 20% uczestników projektu stanowią os. znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. os. z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. PUP w Sławnie zapewni możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom projektów z zakresu włączenia społecznego realizowanych w ramach CT 9 w RPO oraz podejmie współpracę w tym zakresie z działającymi na obszarze realizacji projektu instytucjami pomocy i integracji społecznej.Projekt jest zgodny:z prawodawstwem krajowym,ze Szczegółowym Opisem Osi Priorytetowej PO WER oraz Regulaminem naboru:POWR.01.01.01-IP.22-32-001/20 i realizowany będzie zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakr. realiz. przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
