The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Gołdap district. The participants will be young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, including people with disabilities, registered in the PLO in Gołdap as unemployed, of whom at least 60 % are non-participants – so-called NEETs. In addition, at least 20 % of project participants are people in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. people with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled. The main results of the project will be to take up employment of the most vulnerable people (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3), immigrants, re-emigrants), supported by the project, 5.59,5 % for other people not belonging to the above-mentioned group.In the framework of the project, unemployed persons registered in the PLO in Gołdapi will receive support. Each project participant will benefit from a specific offer of professional activation, preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On the basis of this analysis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The support will cover 95 people (54K/41M) aged 18-29, including 20 debts. unemployed and 1 person with disabilities. The project will be implemented in the period of: 01.01.2021-31.12.2022.Project participants will benefit from the following forms of wsparcia:założenie IPD in or outside the project (95 persons),professional counselling or placement (95 persons),internship (41 persons),one-off measures for setting up a business (14 persons),Settlement (26 persons),equipment or retrofitting of the workplace (2 os),intervention work (12 persons). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie gołdapskim.Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat pozostające bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP w Gołdapi jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET. Ponadto co najmniej 20% uczestników projektu to osoby znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.Głównymi rezultatami projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez:44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3),imigranci, reemigranci), objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu,59,5% dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grupy.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęci będą bezrobotni zarejestrowani w PUP w Gołdapi. Każdy uczestnik projektu skorzysta z konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej, poprzedzonej analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na podstawie tej analizy PUP będzie realizował odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Wsparciem będzie objętych 95 osób (54K/41M) w wieku 18-29 lat, w tym 20 dług. bezrobotnych i 1 osoba z niepełnosprawnościami.Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie: 01.01.2021 r. - 31.12.2022 r.Uczestnicy projektu skorzystają z następujących form wsparcia:założenie IPD w projekcie lub poza nim (95 os),poradnictwo zawodowe lub pośrednictwo pracy (95 os),staż (41 os),jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (14 os),bon zasiedleniowy (26 os),wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy (2 os),prace interwencyjne (12 os).
