Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) w powiecie wieruszowskim. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu realizowana jest indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowo - edukacyjna osób młodych, która opiera się na co najmniej trzech elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy wskazanych w typach operacji w ramach Osi I, przy czym opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania jest obligatoryjne. Wsparcie dla osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez zatrudnienia jest udzielane w projekcie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planie realizacji Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce, tzn. w ciągu czterech miesięcy osobom młodym zostanie zapewniona wysokiej jakości oferta zatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu lub stażu. Przy czym, okres czterech miesięcy, w ciągu którego należny udzielić wsparcia liczony jest od dnia przystąpienia do projektu. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the Wieruszów district. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. As part of the project, individual and comprehensive professional activation of young people is carried out, which is based on at least three elements of individual and comprehensive assistance indicated in the types of operations under Axis I, and the preparation of the Individual Action Plan is mandatory. Support for young people up to 29 years out of employment is provided in the project in accordance with the standards set out in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland, i.e. within four months young people will be provided with a high-quality offer of employment, further education, apprenticeship or internship. A period of four months within which the support to be provided shall be calculated from the date of accession to the project. (English)
