The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of miszkowski. The main result of the project will be 251 people registered in the PUP in Myszków. The project will support people under 30 years of age. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie myszkowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 251 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Myszkowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
