As part of the project, for each of the participants, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie lublinieckim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie256 osób, w tym 175 kobiet zarejestrowanych w tut. urzędzie poniżej 30 roku życia. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby młode zarejestrowane w tut. urzędzie.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
