The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people aged 18-29 without work, including persons with disabilities, who are treated as unemployed in the PLO, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs. Here it is. The Authority will provide the possibility of benefiting from support from former PLOs who previously benefited from support from former PLOs who previously benefited from social activation support provided in projects implemented under CT9. The project will support 144 persons/84K/60M registered in the PLO under 30 years of age. Among the people supported under the project, 26 people/16K/10M will be long-term unemployed, 3 persons/2K/1M disabled, 87 persons/51K/36M will belong to the NEET category and 44 persons/26K/18M will be in a difficult situation on the labour market i.e. people with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled. Individual and comprehensive activation will be carried out as part of the project. Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments (job mediation, career guidance, internships, training, one-off funds for starting a business), as referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project involves the implementation of minimum employment efficiency levels for all target groups. The project is sustainable. (English) | |||||||||||||||
