The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of December, registered in the PLO, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs). The main result of the project will be the achievement of the employment performance indicator of 44 % – the percentage of the most vulnerable (including immigrants, re-emigrants, persons with disabilities, persons with long-term unemployment, low-skilled persons (up to ISCED3) who took up employment in up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (in line with the employment performance index) and 59.5 % – the percentage of the other persons not belonging to the above-mentioned groups who took up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (in accordance with the def. labour performance indicator). Participants in the project are young people aged 18-29 without a job, including persons with disabilities, registered in the PLO as unemployed, of which at least 60 % are persons who do not participate in education and training (NEETs), as defined in the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2020-2021. As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation, IPD, analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The target group of the project will also be 583 employees or natural persons carrying out economic activity independently supported in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 15zzb, 15zzc and 15 of the COVID-19 Act of 31 March 2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie prudnickim, zarejestrowanych w PUP, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 44% - procent osób znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. dł. bezrob., os. z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED3), którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie do trzech miesięcy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z def. wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej) oraz 59,5 % - procent pozostałych osób nie należących do w/w grup, którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie do trzech miesięcy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z def. wskaźnika efektywności zawodowej). Uczestnikami projektu są osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET, przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój na lata 2020-2021. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej, IPD, analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Grupą docelową projektu będzie także 583 pracowników lub osób fizycznych prowadzących samodzielnie działalność gospodarczą, wspieranych zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w art. 15zzb, 15zzc i 15 zze ustawy z dnia 31.03.2020r. o COVID-19.
