The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people until 29 years old who are unemployed in the district of Keybork. Participants in the project will be 126 young people aged 18-29 without work 84K/42M, registered in PUP Kluczbork as unemployed, including persons with disabilities, of whom at least 60 % are people who do not participate in education and training (so-called: NEETs), in line with the definition of NEETs adopted in OP KED 2014-2020. As part of the project, every person will be covered by job placement or career guidance, and in order to increase employment opportunities, will be redirected to an internship in order to acquire practical skills to perform the job, receive one-off funds to start a business, or be directed to work as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting the workplace for the targeted unemployed person.The main result of the project will be employment efficiency:-the minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for the most vulnerable (including immigrants, remigrants, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3) 44 %-minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for other non-members. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kluczborskim. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 126 osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy 84K/42M, zarejestrowanych w PUP Kluczbork jako bezrobotne w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. Młodzież NEET), zgodnie zdefinicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020. W ramach projektu każda osoba zostanie objęta pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym, a następnie w celu zwiększenia możliwości zatrudnieniazostanie skierowana na staż, aby nabyć umiejętności praktyczne do wykonywania pracy, zostaną jej przyznane jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej lub zostanie skierowana do pracy w ramach refundacji podmiotowi prowadzącemu działalność gospodarczą kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie efektywność zatrudnieniowa:-minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji ( w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami ( do poziomu ISCED 3) 44%-minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww.
