The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed, registered in the PLO as unemployed, of which at least 60 % are people who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs).All participants, i.e. 661 persons (425K, 236M) will be covered by the IPD, of which 541 persons. (374K, 167M) will be directed to an internship offering the opportunity to acquire practical professional skills acquired in the workplace and as an instrument to stimulate employers to work after this form of activation. Persons interested in self-employment, i.e. 120 people (51K, 69M) we will transfer funds to set up our own business. The main result of the project will be 44 % of the most vulnerable participants (including immigrants, returnees, persons with disabilities, debt. unemployment, people with low qualifications). (up to ISCED 3)) who took up employment during the three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (in accordance with the employment performance index) and 59.5 % of the other participants not belonging to the above-mentioned group who took up employment during the three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project (in accordance with the employment performance index).In the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The target group is also 3837 (1895K and 1942M) employees or natural persons conducting an economic activity independently supported in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles 15zzb,15zzc and 15zze of the COVID-19 Act of 31 March 2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych poniżej 30 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET).Wszyscy uczestnicy tj. 661 os. (425K, 236M) zostaną objęte IPD, z czego 541 os. (374K, 167M) zostanie skierowanych na staż, dający szansę na uzyskanie praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych zdobytych w miejscu pracy oraz będący instrumentem stymulującym pracodawców do zatrudnienia po tej formie aktywizacji. Osobom zainteresowanym samozatrudnieniem tj. 120 os. (51K, 69M) przekażemy środki na założenie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 44% uczestników znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci,reemigranci, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. dług. bezrob., os. z niskimi kwalif. (do poziomu ISCED 3)), którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie trzech m-cy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z def. wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej) i 59.5% uczestników pozostałych nie należących do ww. grupy, którzy podjęli zatrudnienie w okresie trzech m-cy następujących po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie (zgodnie z def. wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o którym mowa w ustawie o promocji i instytucjach rynku pracy.Grupą docelową jest także 3837 (1895K i 1942M) pracowników lub osób fizycznych prowadzących samodzielnie działalność gospodarczą, wspieranych zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w art.15zzb,15zzc i 15zze ustawy z dnia 31.03.2020r. o COVID-19.
