The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Nysa. The main result of the project will be at least 44 % of the most vulnerable (including immigrants, remigrants, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3); – 59.5 % of people not belonging to the above groups. M=210) persons aged 18-29, belonging to the so-called NEET category (according to the definition of NEET category adopted in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020). The target group of the project is also 350 (K=150, M=200) employees or natural persons conducting an economic activity independently supported in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 15zzb, 15zzc and 15zze of the Act of 31 March 2020 on COVID-19.In the framework of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie nyskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej:- 44% osób znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3);- 59,5% osób nie należących do ww. grup.W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych441(K=231, M=210) osób w wieku 18-29 lat, należących do tzw. kategorii NEET (zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020).Grupą docelową projektu jest także 350 (K=150, M=200) pracowników lub osób fizycznych prowadzących samodzielnie działalność gospodarczą, wspieranych zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w art. 15zzb, 15zzc i 15zze ustawy z dnia 31.03.2020 r. o COVID-19.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
