Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrud. os. młodych do 29 r.ż. pozost. bez pracy w powiecie sierpeckim. Głównym rezultatem proj. będzie podjęcie zatrud. przez 272 osoby zare. w PUP Sierpc.W ramach proj. wsparciem objęte zostaną os.do 29 r.ż. bez pracy, w tym w szczególności, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach proj. dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP w Sierpcu realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia t.j.: jednorazowe środki na podjęcie dział. gosp. (forma zachęca do podejmowania samozatrud.; większe zainteresowanie przejawiają mężczyźni, kobiety preferują spokojniejszą i bardziej stabilną formę zatrud. ze względu na fakt zajmowania się domem i opieką nad os.zal., staż (pozwala zdobyć doświad. i umiejętności zaw., ułatwia wejście lub powrót na rynek pracy oraz podjęcie zatrud.; forma cieszy się dużym zainteres. wśród kobiet), szkolenia (brak zainteresowania w/w formą wsparcia, brak potrzeb i oczekiwań ze strony bezrobotnych w tym zakresie jest przyczyną założenia tak niewielkiej liczby szkoleń w proj., szkolenia będą zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami lokalnego lub region. rynku pracy i będą się kończyć kwalifikacją lub kompetencją zgodnie z wyt. w zakr. monit. post. rzecz. realiz. prog. oper. na lata 2014-2020.);bon na zasiedlenie to forma wsparcia skierowana do osób chcących podejmować zatrudnienie w znacznej odległości od miejsca zamieszkania, która wpływa korzystnie na mobilność zawodową młodych osób.Formy wsp. przewidziane do real. w proj. są więc dostos. do potrzeb lokal. rynku pracy.
