As part of this project, Stapiński Krzysztof (hereinafter referred to as WULKANEX) is planning the following activities, linked to the recommendations indicated in the approved design strategy: a) the introduction of product innovation tailored to the needs of the market and users, i.e. the SMARTER MOTO service. In the above-mentioned service, implementation will be recommended in the Design Strategy, design innovations, i.e. a service always available, a service tailored to me, a service that gives satisfaction, a full range of services. These are innovative solutions on a company scale. b) process changes, i.e. the introduction of process innovation; changes in the organisational structure, i.e. the introduction of organisational innovation; D) image changes – implementation of marketing innovation (e.g. use of modern communication tools such as SEO (web ceiling positioning, optimisation of headlines, titles of subpages, saturation of content with key phrases, proper selection of keywords, optimisation of website speed), social media (Google AdWords, Linkedin), offline communication (event marketing, public relations activities)); The implementation of project activities (between 01.09.2019 and 31.12.2020) will allow the company to define in its own business a determined, thoughtful and rational direction of further development (including development in the field of design). Thanks to the implementation of the project, the company has a chance to modernise its service offer in the automotive industry, and the implemented SMARTER MOTO service will be able to meet the diagnosed needs of customers; in addition, they are likely to become a pillar of its activities in the future.     W ramach niniejszego projektu, Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo – Usługowe „Wulkanex” Stapiński Krzysztof (zwanej w dalszej części wniosku WULKANEX) planuje następujące, powiązane z rekomendacjami wskazanymi w zatwierdzonej Strategii Wzorniczej, działania: a) wprowadzenie innowacji produktowej dostosowanej do potrzeb rynku i użytkowników, tj. usługi SMARTER MOTO. W ww. usłudze, zaimplementowane będą rekomendowane w Strategii Wzorniczej, innowacje wzornicze, tj. usługa zawsze dostępna, usługa dopasowana do mnie, usługa dająca zadowolenie, pełny zakres usług. Są to rozwiązania innowacyjne w skali firmy. b) zmiany w zakresie procesów, tj. wprowadzenie innowacji procesowej; c) zmiany w strukturze organizacyjnej, tj. wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej; d) zmiany wizerunkowe – wdrożenie innowacji marketingowej (m.in. wykorzystanie nowoczesnych narzędzi przekazu, takich jak SEO (pozycjonowanie stropy www, optymalizacja nagłówków, tytułów podstron, nasycenie treści frazami kluczowymi, właściwy dobór słów kluczowych, optymalizacja szybkości działania witryny), social media (Google AdWords, Linkedin), komunikacja offline (event marketing, działania Public Relations)); Realizacja działań projektowych (w okresie od 01.09.2019 do 31.12.2020) pozwoli firmie na wytyczenie we własnej działalności ustalonego, przemyślanego i racjonalnego kierunku dalszego rozwoju (w tym rozwoju w zakresie wzornictwa). Dzięki realizacji projektu, firma ma szansę unowocześnić swoją ofertę usługową w branży motoryzacyjnej, a wdrożona usługa SMARTER MOTO będzie w stanie zaspokoić zdiagnozowane potrzeby odbiorców; ponadto, z dużym prawdopodobieństwem staną się w przyszłości filarem jej działalności.
