The implementation of the project is directly linked to the implementation of Stage I 1.4. After the EaP design strategy. The scope of the project includes project and implementation activities resulting from selected design recommendations corresponding to the current business strategy and the Applicant’s organizational and investment capabilities, as well as organisational and procedural conditions related to their implementation during the project implementation period. The main element of the project is the development of design solutions allowing for the implementation of product innovation – EKO-ENERGY boiler line (hereinafter also as EE) and comprehensive implementation of the design to the company’s activities. The project will start the procedure for selecting project service contractors and equipment suppliers as part of the planned investment. Realizacja projektu bezpośrednio wiąże się z wdrożeniem opracowanej w ramach Etapu I Dz. 1.4. PO PW strategii wzorniczej. Zakres projektu obejmuje działania projekt. i wdrożeniowe wynikające z wybranych rekomendacji wzorniczych odpowiadających aktualnej strategii biznesowej oraz zdolnościom organizacyjnymi i inwestycyjnym Wnioskodawcy, jak również uwarunkowaniom organizacyjno-procesowym związanym z możliwością ich wdrożenia w okresie realizacji projektu. Zasadniczym elementem projektu jest opracowanie rozwiązań wzorniczych pozwalających na wdrożenie na rynek innowacji produktowej - linii kotłów EKO-ENERGY (dalej także jako EE) oraz kompleksowe wdrożenie wzornictwa do działalności firmy. Projekt rozpocznie procedura wyboru wykonawców usług projektowych oraz dostawców urządzeń w ramach zaplanowanej inwestycji. Przeprowadzone zostaną następujące działania powiązane z poszcz. rekomendacjami wzorniczymi: 1) Nowe wytyczne (brief) dla wzornictwa urządzeń grzewczych MAR-SPAW (rekomendacja nr 6.1) 2) Opracowanie projektu nowych obudów dla gamy kotłów EKO-ENERGY (rek. nr 6.2) 3) Zakup dodatkowego sprzętu spawalniczego dedykowanego produkcji kotłów EKO-ENERGY (rek. nr 6.4) 4) Zakup zgrzewarki / zgrzewarek (rek. nr 6.5) 5) Zakup lakierni proszkowej (rek. nr 6.6) 6) Zakup walcarki hydraulicznej do obróbki plastycznej blach (rek. nr 6.7) 7) Zakup urządzenia do przemysłowego znakowania produktów (rek. nr 6.9) 8) Zakup narzędzi do prasy hydraulicznej (rek. nr 6.10) 9) Zakup wózków podnośnikowych i regałów wysokiego składowania (rek. nr 6.11) 10) Zakup oprogramowania do projektowania 3D CAD oraz opcjonalnie rozszerzeń do posiadanego oprogramowania (rek. nr 6.13) 11) Projekt identyfikacji wizualnej (CI) marki urządzeń grzewczych EKO-ENERGY w postaci księgi identyfikacji (rek. nr 6.14) 12) Projekt identyfikacji wizualnej (CI) MAR-SPAW w postaci księgi identyfikacji (rek. nr 6.15) 13) Projekt nowej strony internetowej MAR-SPAW (rek. nr 6.16) (Polish)
