The project will start the procedure for selecting project service contractors and equipment suppliers as part of the planned investment.     Realizacja projektu bezpośrednio wiąże się z wdrożeniem opracowanej w ramach Etapu I Dz. 1.4. PO PW strategii wzorniczej. Zakres projektu obejmuje działania projekt. i wdrożeniowe wynikające z wybranych rekomendacji wzorniczych odpowiadających aktualnej strategii biznesowej oraz zdolnościom organizacyjnymi i inwestycyjnym Wnioskodawcy, jak również uwarunkowaniom organizacyjno-procesowym związanym z możliwością ich wdrożenia w okresie realizacji projektu. Zasadniczym elementem projektu jest opracowanie rozwiązań wzorniczych pozwalających na wdrożenie na rynek innowacji produktowej - linii kotłów EKO-ENERGY (dalej także jako EE) oraz kompleksowe wdrożenie wzornictwa do działalności firmy. Projekt rozpocznie procedura wyboru wykonawców usług projektowych oraz dostawców urządzeń w ramach zaplanowanej inwestycji.
