The result of the work is an innovative product in the world – fluidised mixer. The innovativeness of the invention confirms the granting of the Polish patent number PAT.227768, entitled: ‘Mixing of dry, loose substances and a device for mixing dry, loose substances’. This project involves diversifying the Applicant’s offer by creating a new technological line for the construction of a complex of equipment for the production of composite mixtures, including a production hall and equipment for cutting, high-alloy sheet forming, welding and welding of elements. The implementation of the project will help to develop the Applicant’s offer and increase its competitiveness. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2021. Projekt obejmuje wdrożenie efektów prac badawczo-rozwojowych pn. "Prace badawcze nad urządzeniami do transportu materiałów sypkich z użyciem analiz metodą elementów dyskretnych" przeprowadzanych samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę. Rezultatem prac jest innowacyjny w skali świata produkt – mieszalnik fluidalny. Innowacyjność wynalazku potwierdza przyznanie mu polskiego patentu o numerze PAT.227768, pt. „Sposób mieszania suchych, sypkich substancji oraz urządzenie do mieszania suchych, sypkich substancji”. Niniejszy projekt zakłada dywersyfikację oferty Wnioskodawcy poprzez stworzenie nowego ciągu technologicznego przeznaczonego do budowy zespołu urządzeń do produkcji budowlanych mieszanek kompozytowych, obejmującego halę produkcyjną oraz urządzenia do cięcia, kształtowania blach wysokostopowych, spawania i zgrzewania elementów. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwinięcia oferty Wnioskodawcy oraz wzrostu jego konkurencyjności. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.01.2020 r. do 31.12.2021 r. Rozpoczęcie produkcji innowacyjnego zespołu urządzeń do produkcji wysokojakościowych budowlanych mieszanek kompozytowych przewiduje się na IV kwartał 2021 r. (Polish)
