The subject of the project is the implementation of new types of specialised footwear. The applicant, in cooperation with the Lodz University of Technology, has developed an international innovative technology of uppers made of multi-layer textile material. A feature of the developed solution is the use in the production of several types of fibres with different parameters and properties depending on the needs of a given part of the shoe. Thanks to the applied approach, it will be possible to offer specialised footwear on the market allowing to maximise the parameters of comfort, ergonomics and safety. The developed technology will allow you to offer specialised footwear in all segments. The following products are planned to be implemented: — UCProS PU shoes with a full upper made of multi-layer textile material dedicated to the commercial and logistics industry, – UCProS EVA boots with upper lining made of multi-layer textile material dedicated to the agri-food industry, – UCProS PVC boots with an upper lining made of multi-layer textile material dedicated to construction and mining. The types of footwear planned for implementation are characterised by the best parameters on the market in terms of water vapour permeability, energy absorption in part of the heel and abrasion in part of the cuff. The developed types of specialised footwear will be offered on the Polish market and on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, especially on the Lithuanian, Hungarian and Ukrainian markets. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie nowych rodzajów obuwia specjalistycznego. Wnioskodawca we współpracy z Politechniką Łódzką opracował innowacyjną w skali międzynarodowej technologie cholewek wykonanych z wielowarstwowego materiału włókienniczego. Cechą opracowanego rozwiązania jest wykorzystanie przy produkcji kilku rodzajów włókien o zróżnicowanych parametrach i właściwościach w zależności od potrzeb danej części buta. Dzięki zastosowanemu podejściu możliwe będzie zaoferowanie na rynku obuwia specjalistycznego pozwalającego maksymalizować parametry komfortu, ergonomii oraz bezpieczeństwa. Opracowana technologia pozwoli zaoferować na rynku obuwia specjalistyczne we wszystkich segmentach. Planowane jest wdrożenie następujących produktów: - buty typu UCProS PU posiadające pełną cholewkę wykonaną z wielowarstwowego materiału włókienniczego dedykowane branży handlowej i logistycznej, - kalosze typu UCProS EVA posiadające podszewkę cholewki wykonaną z wielowarstwowego materiału włókienniczego dedykowane branży rolno-spożywczej, - kalosze typu UCProS PVC posiadające podszewkę cholewki wykonaną z wielowarstwowego materiału włókienniczego dedykowane budowlanej i górniczej. Planowane do wdrożenia rodzaje obuwia charakteryzują się najlepszymi na rynku parametrami w zakresie przepuszczalności pary wodnej, absorbcji energii w części pięty oraz ścieralności w części mankietu. Opracowane rodzaje obuwia specjalistycznego będą oferowane na rynku polskim oraz na rynkach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej, szczególnie na rynku litewskim, węgierskim oraz ukraińskim. (Polish)
