All activities under the project will focus primarily on the creation and maintenance of 12 points of free public internet access with high technical parameters. The possibility of using hotspots will be available toeveryone equally. The beneficiary undertakes to respect the principles of equality and non-discrimination vis-à-vis users. The beneficiary also undertakes to maintain, maintain and maintain the continued high performance of devices and access to the internet through them. Free internet access points for everyone will be located in easily accessible public places. The aim of the project is to enable access to digital services through hotspots and to tackle social exclusion linked to the lack of access to the Internet. Public internet access points will be installed in public-use institutions as well as external public spaces. Internal access points will be located in: The municipal office, the gym in Dąbrowice, in the health centre, in the rural lighthouse in Augustopol, in the village centre in Zgórz. External access points will be set up: the square in front of the church, the square in front of the municipality, the playground at the health centre, the stadium in Dąbrowice, the playground in Baby, the village community in Ostrówek, the playground in front of the school. The municipality has decided to use option 4 of the “WiFi requirements” annex (7 external and 5 internal access points). (English) | |||||||||||||||

Wszelkie działania w ramach projektu skupią się przede wszystkim na stworzeniuoraz utrzymaniu12 punktów bezpłatnego, publicznego dostępu do internetu owysokich parametrach technicznych. Możliwość korzystania z hotspotów będzie dostępne dlakażdego w równym stopniu. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się do zachowania zasad równości iniedyskryminacji wobec użytkowników. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się również do odpowiedniegoutrzymania,serwisowania i zachowania stałej wysokiej wydajności urządzeń i udostępnianego zaich pośrednictwem dostępu do internetu. Punkty dostępu do bezpłatnego internetu dlakażdego zostaną zlokalizowane w łatwo dostępnych miejscach publicznych. Celem projektujest umożliwienie za pośrednictwem hotspotów, dostępu do korzystania z usług cyfrowychi przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu związanego z brakiem dostępu do sieciinternet. Publiczne punkty dostępu do internetu zostaną zainstalowane w instytucjachużyteczności publicznej jak i zewnętrznej przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej. Wewnętrzne punkty dostępu będą zlokalizowane w: Urzędzie Gminy, siłowni w Dąbrowicach, w ośrodku zdrowia, wświetlicy wiejskiej w Augustopolu, w świetlicy wiejskiej w Zgórzu. Zewnętrzne punkty dostępupowstaną: plac przed kościołem, plac przed urzędem gminy, plac zabaw przy ośrodku zdrowia,stadion w Dąbrowicach, boisko w Babach, świetlica wiejska w Ostrówkach, boisko przed szkołą.Gmina zdecydowała się skorzystać z opcji nr 4 załącznika "Wymagania dla WiFi" (7 zewnętrzneoraz 5 wewnętrznych punktów dostępu).
