Hlavním cílem projektu je vybudovat odpovídající infrastrukturu pro poskytování vybraných stávajících sociálních služeb místním obyvatelům. Předmětem projektu je vybudování komunitní centra, které nabídne vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohrožené sociálním vyloučením prostory pro společné setkávání, trávení volného času a také práci s těmi osobami.
