In order to meet this need, the Company identified the following specific needs: 1. The need to present and promote the Company’s product brand in new forward markets, 2. The need to involve potential distributors in new markets, 3. The need to diversify markets and increase sales revenues After the diagnosis of needs, the Applicant defined the purpose of the project and proceeded to prepare an application that will enable the promotion of the product brand KT7 in the form of numerically controlled machines (CNC) for plasma and oxygen cutting. The scope of the project covers the implementation of activities within the framework of the Programme for the promotion of the machinery and equipment industry. II. Forward-looking markets: with an in-depth analysis, the Applicant chose Russia as a forward-looking market for which project activities will be conducted. III. Scope of the project: The company will undertake the following promotional activities: (1) participation in international fairs as exhibitors; (2) an outbound mission to the prospective market, (3) an inbound mission for prospective market contractors and (4) additional promotional and informative activities in the form of: design, print and promote printed materials; preparation of a foreign-language site in the language of the prospective country market, i.e. Russian. IV. How the project is financed: The project activities will be financed partly from ERDF funding and through the Applicant’s own resources. If more funding is needed, the applicant will mobilise funding under the financial instruments (English)

Wstęp i nazwa programu promocji: W celu uwolnienia potencjału i jednoczesnego dotarcia na nowe rynki zbytu, "HEVERC" SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (dalej: HEVERC lub Przedsiębiorstwo, Firma lub Wnioskodawca) podejmuje się wyzwania dywersyfikacji swoich rynków i poszukiwania kontrahentów na nowych rynkach perspektywicznych. Aby sprostać tej potrzebie Firma zidentyfikowała następujące potrzeby szczegółowe: 1. Potrzeba zaprezentowania i promocji marki produktowej Przedsiębiorstwa na nowych rynkach perspektywicznych, 2. Potrzeba zaangażowania potencjalnych dystrybutorów na nowych rynkach, 3. Potrzeba dywersyfikacji rynków i zwiększenia przychodów w sprzedaży Po zdiagnozowaniu potrzeb Wnioskodawca zdefiniował cel projektu i przystąpił do przygotowania aplikacji, która umożliwi wypromowanie marki produktowej KT7 w postaci maszyn sterowanych numerycznie (CNC) do cięcia plazmowego i tlenowego. Zakres przedmiotowy projektu obejmuje realizację działań w ramach Programu promocji branży maszyn i urządzeń. II. Rynki perspektywiczne: wraz z wykonaniem pogłębionej analizy Wnioskodawca wybrał Rosję jako rynek perspektywiczny, wobec którego będą prowadzone działania projektowe. III. Zakres projektu: Przedsiębiorstwo podejmie się przeprowadzenia następujących działań promocyjnych: (1) udział w międzynarodowych targach w charakterze wystawcy; (2) misję wyjazdową na rynek perspektywiczny, (3) misję przyjazdową dla kontrahentów z rynku perspektywicznego oraz (4) dodatkowe działania promocyjno-informujące w postaci: zaprojektowania, wydrukowania i promowania materiałów drukowanych; przygotowania obcojęzycznej strony w języku rynku kraju perspektywicznego tj rosyjskim. IV. Sposób sfinansowania projektu: Działania projektowe zostaną sfinansowane częściowo z dofinansowania środków EFRR i w ramach środków własnych Wnioskodawcy.
