The aim of the project is to implement the developed and verified technology of the next generation of electrical presses and systems for monitoring and diagnosing processes in the newly established production facility of Servitech Waldemar Drozdowski. The proposed electric presses are the result of market intelligence and meet the expectations of the manufacturing industry and in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards. The process parameters control system developed and used in the electrical press allows full control of the characteristics of the press to reach a given position in the function of force and time, and allows for real-time supervision of operations during execution. This requires the construction of a technological line with the necessary infrastructure to close the manufacturing process. The effect of the project, which is a modern solution to problems related to precise stamping, punching, assembly, etc., meets the expectations of the market, confirmed by the obtained orders. The final result of the project will be the launch of production and the launch of a new product – electrical presses with process parameters control system, as well as the provision of monitoring and control systems in external parts of industry 4.0 processes. Celem realizowanego projektu jest wdrożenie opracowanej i zweryfikowanej technologii nowej generacji pras elektrycznych oraz systemów monitorowania i diagnozy przebiegu procesów w nowo utworzonym zakładzie produkcyjnym firmy Servitech Waldemar Drozdowski. Proponowane prasy elektryczne są efektem rozeznania rynku i wychodzą naprzeciw oczekiwaniom przemysłu wytwórczego oraz zgodnie ze standardami Industry 4.0. Opracowany i zastosowany w prasie elektrycznej system kontroli parametrów procesu umożliwia pełną kontrolę charakterystyki dojścia prasy do zadanej pozycji w funkcji siły i czasu oraz pozwala na nadzór operacji w trakcie wykonania w czasie rzeczywistym. Wymaga to zbudowania linii technologicznej wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą do zamknięcia procesu wytwarzania. Efekt projektu, będący nowoczesnym rozwiązaniem problemów związanych z precyzyjnym tłoczeniem, wykrawaniem, montażem, itp wychodzi naprzeciw oczekiwaniom rynku, potwierdzonym uzyskanymi zamówieniami. Końcowym rezultatem projektu będzie uruchomienie produkcji i wprowadzenie na rynek nowego produktu – pras elektrycznych z system kontroli parametrów procesu a także udostępnianie systemów monitorowania i kontroli w zewnętrznych elementach procesów przemysłu 4.0.
