As part of external services, a prototype of a hydroponic system for domestic plant cultivation and a designed visual communication system will be made and tested. The course of the design process will consist of the following phases: 1) Diagnosis-phase carried out prior to the submission of the application, preceded by an initial audit of the company concerning the company’s previous activities and its technical, human and financial resources, as well as an analysis of the market environment. The result of the Diagnosis confirms that DITO GEAR has great potential to implement a design project in the field of designing a hydroponic crop system. 2) Synthesis and analysis-determining the strategy of further actions necessary for the development of a new design project, including the preparation of assumptions for the brief and the definition of project directions. Design Brief will set out design assumptions and guidelines for the new product. 3)Developing designs and prototypes of the new product and carrying out the necessary tests, including the execution of a prototype of the hydroponic system together with a mobile application, and conducting tests of the prototype in terms of its tightness, functionality and accurate fluid dosage, as well as the correct operation of the application. 4)Advisory services related to the implementation of the new product-development of a visual communication system for the new product together with the design of promotional and information materials promoting the developed innovative solution. After the completion of the design process, in order to implement the hydroponic system into production, the investment in fixed assets – injection moulds will be realised. The purchase of moulds will enable the production of products not previously manufactured in the plant. (English)

    SA 42799(2015/X) Planowany projekt wzorniczy będzie polegał na zaprojektowaniu innowacyjnego systemu do upraw hydroponicznych. Będzie to urządzenie innowacyjne na skalę światową. W ramach usług zewn. zostanie wykonany i przetestowany prototyp systemu hydroponicznego do uprawy roślin w warunkach domowych oraz zaprojektowany system komunikacji wizualnej. Przebieg procesu projektowego będzie się składał z następ. faz: 1) Diagnoza–faza zrealizowana przed złożeniem wniosku, poprzedzona wstępnym audytem przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie dotychczasowej działalności przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego zasobów technicznych, ludzkich, finansowych, a także obejmująca analizę otoczenia rynkowego. Wynik przeprowadzonej Diagnozy potwierdza, że DITO GEAR posiada duży potencjał do realizacji projektu wzorniczego w zakresie zaprojektowania systemu do upraw hydroponicznych. 2) Synteza i analiza–określenie strategii dalszych działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego w tym, opracowanie założeń do briefu oraz określenie kierunków projektowych. Brief wzorniczy będzie określał założenia projektowe i wytyczne dla nowego produktu. 3)Opracowanie projektów oraz prototypów nowego produktu i przeprowadzenie niezbędnych testów, w tym wykonanie prototypu systemu hydroponicznego wraz z mobilną aplikacją oraz przeprowadzenie testów prototypu w zakresie jego szczelności, funkcjonalności oraz dokładnego dawkowania płynów, a także prawidłowości działania aplikacji. 4)Usługi doradcze związane z wdrożeniem nowego produktu-opracowanie systemu komunikacji wizualnej dla nowego produktu wraz z projektem materiałów promocyjnych i informacyjnych, promujących opracowane innowacyjne rozwiązanie. Po zakończeniu procesu projektowego, w celu wdrożenia do produkcji systemu do upraw hydroponicznych zostanie zrealizowana inwestycja w środki trwałe – formy wtryskowe. Zakup form umożliwi wprowadzenie do produkcji produktów uprzednio niewytwarzanych w zakładzie. (Polish)
