In addition, the project: —does not include investments for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the list of activities listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC, including combustion installations with a rated thermal input exceeding 20 MW, – is included in high-efficiency cogeneration technology (the PES ratio = 31.15), – does not apply to a 30 % CO2 reduction as a result of its implementation, as the project does not concern rebuilt high-efficiency cogeneration installations. INDICATORS 1. Output indicators: (a)Additional power generation capacity from RES-0,998 MWt. (b)Number of electricity and heat generation units built or upgraded under high-efficiency cogeneration-1 pcs. (c)Number of built or modernised units for the production of electricity and heat within high-efficiency cogeneration from RES-1 pcs. (d)Additional capacity to generate electricity and heat under high-efficiency cogeneration conditions – 0.998 MW (e)Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 pcs. 2.     Cel projektu Celem projektu jest budowa biogazowni rolniczej o mocy 0,499 MWe i 0,499 MWc, wytwarzającej energię elektryczną i cieplną w technologii wysokosprawnej kogeneracji. Projekt wpisuje się w cele i założenia I osi priorytetowej POIiŚ, gdyż jego realizacja spowoduje zmniejszenie zużycia nieodnawialnej energii pierwotnej, jak również zmniejszenie emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery, w tym CO2 i pyłów. Ponadto projekt: -nie obejmuje inwestycji na rzecz redukcji emisji gazów cieplarnianych, pochodzących z listy działań wymienionych w załączniku I do dyrektywy 2003/87/WE, w tym instalacji energetycznego spalania o nominalnej mocy cieplnej przekraczającej 20 MW, -wpisuje się w technologię wysokosprawnej kogeneracji (wskaźnik PES = 31,15), -nie dotyczy redukcji CO2 o 30% w wyniku jego realizacji, gdyż przedsięwzięcie nie dotyczy przebudowanych instalacji wysokosprawnej kogeneracji.
