Projekt se zaměřuje na prevenci školní neúspěšnosti propojením významných aktérů lokální úrovně - město, školy, neziskový sektor. Cílem projektu je zmírnit bariéry bránící školnímu úspěchu žákům ze socioekonomicky a kulturně odlišného prostředí v úzké spolupráci s pedagogy a rodiči. Hlavními prostředky pro dosažení cíle je zastřešení aktivit projektu poradenským centrem, podpůrné personální kapacity (školní asistent, psycholog, pedagog), vzdělávání pedagogů a posílení spolupráce s rodinami.
