The subject matter of the project will be carried out under the following tasks: Activity 1. Construction of a biogas plant with a capacity of 0.499 MW (qualified): 1) Construction of primary fermentation tank (so-called fermenter) – 1 pcs. 2) Construction of secondary fermentation tank (so-called dofermentor) – 1 pcs. 3) Construction of digestate storage tank in the form of lagoon – 1 pcs. 4) Buffer tank construction for liquid substrates (so-called pre-tank) – 1 pcs. 5) Construction of storage tank for liquid substrates – 1 pcs. 6) Construction of a crossing silo for storage of solid substrates – 1 pcs. 7) Construction of installation chess – 1 pcs. 8) Construction of gas condensation chess – pcs. 1 9) Construction of the control room building – 1 pcs. 10) Purchase and installation of transformer station 0.4/15 kV. 11) Purchase and installation of a cogeneration unit with a total power of 499 kW together with technical equipment – 1 pcs. 12) Purchase and installation of mobile container boiler room with power max. 500 kW – 1 pcs. 13) Purchase and assembly of a firefighter tank with a capacity of about 150 m³ Task 2. Construction of roads and squares (qualified) – paved areas of approximately 1480 m² will be built. Task 3. Construction supervision (qualified) – work carried out under Tasks 1 and 2. Task 4. Promotion of the project (ineligible). The installation complies with the definition of high-efficiency cogeneration set out in Annex II to Directive 2012/27/EU. The electricity capacity of the cogeneration unit is 0.499 MWe, hence the installation fulfils the definition of a small-scale cogeneration unit in accordance with Article 2, point. 38 of Directive 2012/27/EU. Nadzór budowlany (kwalifikowany) - nad pracami realizowanymi w ramach zadania 1 i 2. Zadanie 4. Promocja projektu (niekwalifikowany). Instalacja spełnia warunki definicji wysokosprawnej kogeneracji określone w załączniku II do Dyrektywy 2012/27/UE. Moc elektryczna jednostki kogeneracyjnej to 0,499 MWe, stąd też instalacja spełnia przesłanki definicji małoskalowej jednostki kogeneracyjnej, zgodnie z Art. 2, pkt. 38 dyrektywy 2012/27/UE. (Polish)
