Przedmiotem studium wykonalności jest Budowa instalacji produkcji ciepła z biomasy o mocy 5,1 MW w Tomaszowie Mazowieckim. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w oparciu o typowe, dostępne na rynku rozwiązania techniczne. Pozwoli to na utrzymanie trwałości projektu poprzez dostęp do części zamiennych i autoryzowanego serwisu, a także pozwoli na zastosowanie procedury konkurencyjnej w zakupie urządzenia wraz z instalacją bez konieczności sporządzania dokumentacji technicznej urządzenia. Wskutek realizacji przedsięwzięcia nastąpi ograniczenie emisji z instalacji ciepłowni konwencjonalnej dostarczającej dotychczas ciepło sieciowe. (Polish)
