The innovative product group will be designed for the construction of load-bearing walls, partitions in a single and double-layer system for single-family and multi-family construction up to 4 floors – including energy-efficient construction. The study will be the development of a new mixture of light concrete, as well as the development of construction assumptions of hollows, filled with ready-made, special insulation foam. The characteristics and parameters of the resulting prototype products and their testing with the involvement of end-users will be further defined in the study. The implementation of this project will enable the implementation of a product innovation company, which will have characteristics that are not yet available in competitive products. The advantage will be low thermal permeability, the achievement of which will be possible with significantly lower wall thickness, high technical parameters, while maintaining a low price per m² wall and limited environmental impact. SA 42799(2015/X) W ramach projektu planuje się zlecenie badań nad innowacją produktową - udoskonaloną grupą wyrobów - drążonych bloków/pustaków, o grubości 32 oraz 24 cm, dodatkowo wypełnionych gotową, specjalistyczną pianą mineralną o bardzo dobrych właściwościach izolacyjnych. Innowacyjna grupa produktowa przeznaczona będzie do wznoszenia ścian nośnych, przegród w systemie jedno- i dwuwarstwowym dla budownictwa jednorodzinnego i wielorodzinnego do 4 pięter – w tym również w budownictwie energooszczędnym. Badaniom podlegać będzie opracowanie nowej mieszanki z betonu lekkiego, jak i opracowanie założeń konstrukcyjnych pustaków, wypełnionych gotową, specjalną pianą izolacyjną. W dalszej części badań określone zostaną cechy i parametry powstałych produktów prototypowych oraz ich testowanie przy udziale użytkowników końcowych. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu umożliwi wdrożenie do działalności firmy innowacji produktowej, która posiadać będzie cechy się do tej pory nieosiągalne w produktach konkurencyjnych. Przewagą będzie przede wszystkim niska przenikalność cieplna, której osiągnięcie będzie możliwe przy zdecydowanie mniejszej grubości ściany, wysokie parametry techniczne, przy zachowaniu niskiej ceny za m2 ściany oraz ograniczonemu wpływowi na środowisko naturalne.
