SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The main objective of the project is to develop and implement a comprehensive technology for the disposal of burdensome municipal and industrial waste, the products of which will be environmentally safe construction products. These will not be existing articles with added waste, but new ones produced exclusively on the basis of waste. A key distinguishing feature of the proposed method is that during the main sintering operation of ironed fittings, heavy metal compounds present in raw materials derived from waste are permanently incorporated into the structure of the resulting ceramics, creating suitable silicates or aluminosilicates – analogous to natural minerals. The starting point is the innovative technology for the production of light aggregates from municipal and industrial waste – GRANSIL. It is planned to develop a different production method that does not take into account the granulation process and will be more universal in application. The project will be implemented by the company’s R & D staff (including additional employees) eliminating in ethane way the need to share the rights to the effects of the project, which is required within the consortium. The project is divided into stages concerning: Stage 1 – Stage 2 – firing Stage 3 – construction of prototype installation and prototype production of bricks. The result of the project will be: technology and construction product (equivalent) of classical brick but based on other raw materials – waste. This will be a further development of the Company towards waste treatment technology. (English)

    SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Celem głównym projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie kompleksowej technologii utylizacji uciążliwych odpadów komunalnych i przemysłowych, której produktami będą bezpieczne środowiskowo wyroby budowlane . Nie będą to istniejące już wyroby z dodatkiem odpadów, ale nowe, wytworzone wyłącznie na bazie odpadów. Kluczową cechą wyróżniającą proponowaną metodą jest to, że podczas głównej operacji spiekania wyprasowanych kształtek, związki metali ciężkich obecne w surowcach pochodzących z odpadów, są w sposób trwały wbudowywane w strukturę powstającej ceramiki, tworząc odpowiednie krzemiany lub glinokrzemiany – analogiczne jak w minerałach naturalnych. Punktem wyjścia jest nowatorska -w skali światowej- technologia produkcji kruszyw lekkich z odpadów komunalnych i przemysłowych - GRANSIL. Planowane jest opracowanie innej metody produkcji, która nie uwzględnia procesu granulacji i będzie bardziej uniwersalna w zastosowaniu. Projekt realizowany będzie przez kadrę B+R spółki (z uwzględnieniem osób dodatkowo zatrudnionych) eliminując w etan sposób konieczność podziału praw do efektów projektu, która wymagana jest w ramach konsorcjum. Projekt podzielony jest na etapy dotyczące: Etap 1 – receptury Etap 2 – wypalania Etap 3 – budowy instalacji prototypowej i wykonania prototypowej produkcji cegieł celem. Efektem projektu będzie: technologia oraz wyrób budowlany (odpowiednik) klasycznej cegły lecz na bazie innych surowców - odpadów. Będzie to dalszy rozwój Spółki w kierunku technologii przetwarzania odpadów. (Polish)
